How we add value

We have modelled, structured and financed many projects for CHPs, landowners and government delivering 100s of affordable dwellings for low-moderate income households.

We have also developed co-equity and innovative models providing new ways to supply affordable housing for key workers and communities in need.

HOUSING AUSTRALIA FINANCE

We are an approved advisor on the Housing Australia panel entitling CHPs to a $20k grant to engage us to assist secure finance. We help prepare IMs and financial models.

FEASIBILITY MODELLING

We specialise in the financial modelling of affordable housing projects to optimise economic and social outcomes at the project and portfolio level.

DEVELOPMENT STRUCTURES

We leverage the unique planning, financial, legal and taxation outcomes of affordable housing to modify development structures to optimise returns.

CO-EQUITY MODELS

We have developed legal and financial structures to deliver affordable housing under partial equity structures, which promote diversity and project viability.

INNOVATIVE STRUCTURES

We have done a lot of work researching and developing new ways to deliver affordable housing (including co-operative and CLT models).

DEVELOPMENT SITES

We procure the sale and purchase of development sites that are suitable for affordable housing - including locating, negotiating and structuring contracts.

Who we serve

City West Housing

We have assisted City West Housing carry out the assessment of sites for future social and affordable housing development, including conducting preliminary planning analysis and financial feasibility modelling.

Common Equity NSW

We have been engaged by Common Equity NSW to secure NHFIC finance to fund a 23-unit social and affordable housing development.  A grant of $20k has been secured under the NHFIC capacity grant program to fund the engagement.

Landcom

We have worked closely with Landcom to develop a strategy, including developing detailed financial models and structures, for the delivery of affordable housing.  We have also helped structure an RFP process for the sale of development sites.
